And now, for something completely different...
I just finished having a Dole fruit cup with my lunch. These little things are a great way to have some nutritious food, even while on-the-go.
If you're unfamiliar with this product, go to your local supermarket. Find the canned fruit section. You'll see packs of little cups with diced fruit in them. They will have all sorts of varieties, from tropical fruit to peaches to pears (my favorite!).
Stick these cups in the fridge, then you have instant, healthy snacks at hand. It just doesn't get much easier than this.
