One of the quickest ways to burn yourself out is to work nonstop. To prevent this, schedule small breaks for yourself.
A great method is to work for 55 minutes, then take a 5 minute break. This gives you a steady pace of work to keep up throughout the day, but it also gives you a fun couple of minutes to relax. Also, by working for 50-55 minutes at a time, you won't be chopping your day up into bits that are too small to be productive.

- Take a brisk walk around the office
- Use the restroom
- Grab a drink (preferably juice)
- Read your favorite websites
- Go get some fresh air
